Summer Greens & Peach Juice

Fresh greens are in season now, and make a great addition to your juice or smoothies. This juice has a subtle mixture of both mild and bitter greens, like arugula and frisee. The peaches and carrots are a great source of immune system boosting vitamin C, as do the ginger and lemon.

You can try mixing it up with any summer greens, or other fruits like pears to give yourself some variety.

Ingredients:

  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 5-6 carrots
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 handful of frisee

Directions:

  1. Wash and prep ingredients
  2. Add ingredients through juicer
  3. Drink!
