Simply Green Juice

Green Juice recipe

This green juice recipe is perfect for breakfast, or a quick pick-me-up any time of day. The added Cucumber, Kale and Spinach include antioxidants for glowing skin and an immune system boost. A little green apple helps sweeten the juice and adds soluble fiber to aid digestion.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 green apples
  • 2 large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks kale

Directions:

  1. Wash all ingredients well
  2. Core apple
  3. Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
