Chocolate Berry Smoothie

This is a rich, creamy, chocolatey smoothie that’s loaded with antioxidants and healthy fats. It’s quick and easy to make and can be a delicious part of any breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flakes or fresh coconut flesh
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 to 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (note: hemp, rice, coconut milks also work )

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 45 to 60 seconds; until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
