Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe

Joint pain and inflammation are common ailments that impact millions of people everyday. These can range from a mild annoyance to hindering your every day life. There are some fruits and vegetables as well as spices that contain natural compounds, phytonutrients, with an anti-inflammatory effect. Pineapple has Bromelain, Cherry Juice has been shown to help reduce joint pain as well. This recipe is packed with ingredients to help fight join pain, its just a bonus that it tastes great too!

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • 1 large handful of cherries
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 in./5 cm piece of fresh ginger
  • 4 small pieces turmeric root

Directions:

  1. Wash all ingredients
  2.  Cut pineapple, removing the woody core and remove pits from cherries.
  3.  Juice and enjoy.
