- 4 slices fresh pineapple
- 1 large handful of cherries
- 1 large carrot
- 2 in./5 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 4 small pieces turmeric root
- Wash all ingredients
- Cut pineapple, removing the woody core and remove pits from cherries.
- Juice and enjoy.
